Our delivery charges are calculated on the size and weight of the items you have ordered and start from as low as £3.90.
Zone 1: Delivery Costs Mainland UK Not Including Highlands of Scotland or parts of Aberdeen, parts of Falkirk and parts of Stirling:
If your order only contains small items and is below 2kg in weight and £20.00 in value then delivery is £3.90. Shipping will be via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post. (Approx three working days).
Otherwise, if the above factors remain the same but the order value is above £20.00 then delivery is £4.99. Shipping will be via Royal Mail 48. (Approx two to three working days).
This service may be upgraded to Royal Mail 24 (One to two working days) at a cost of £6.99. Fedex (Normally next working day) and for orders above 2kg at a cost of £9.99 is also available. Note: Fedex delivery to some parts of the UK may be longer. (Two working days).
For orders above 2kg and or containing larger items then delivery is £7.50. Shipping will be via Fedex. Note: Delivery to some parts of the UK may be longer. (Two to three working days).
This service may be upgraded to Fedex (Normally next working day) at a cost of £9.99. Note: Fedex delivery to some parts of the UK may be longer. (Two working days).
For orders above 2kg and or containing very large items that require multiple boxes then delivery is £13.99. Shipping will be via Fedex. Note: Delivery to some parts of the UK may be longer. (Two to three working days).
This service may be upgraded to Fedex (Normally next working day) at a cost of £15.99. Note: Fedex delivery to some parts of the UK may be longer. (Two working days).
If your order value is above £150.00 and does not contain large items then delivery is free via Fedex. Note: Delivery to some parts of the UK may be longer. (Two to three working days).

Delivery upgrades to a Saturday service are also available. For same day processing all orders must be placed by midday.

Delivery Terms:
6. We will not deliver your goods until they are paid for in full, including the shipping costs.
6a. We will not deliver your goods if the correct delivery charge has not been paid.
7. We will normally deliver your order within the time frame of the delivery service unless items are out of stock if this is the case we will contact you with the new lead time.
8. Delivery will be made by a third party and some services will require a signature.
9. Goods must be signed for "NOT CHECKED" or "Damaged" We will not accept a damage report unless you contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If you are required to sign for the delivery any damage must also be noted on delivery note.
10. You must report delivery shortages to us within 48 hours of delivery.
11. You agree that refusal of our delivery will incur delivery costs and return delivery costs which will be deducted from any refund due. Any goods returned to us because of a failed delivery and/or you have failed to collect from the courier, you agree that delivery costs and return delivery costs will be borne by you which will be deducted from any refund due
Collection of goods
12. Goods to be collected must be paid for apon collection.
Delays in delivery
13. Occasionally the delivery of your goods may be delayed by circumstances outside our control. If for any reason we are unable to deliver the goods or to have them ready for collection then we will contact you for instructions.
